Proceeds are used towards Melbourne and Michael Folkes Foundation initiatives - domestic and international. 

Unlike most rentals, we decrease the rent by 10% to as much as 20% discount on your next vacation rental to any of our homes.

• Book with us again for the 2nd time and we will reduce the cost by 10%.
• Book at Jamaica or Dominican Republic and save an additional 5% for a total overall savings of 15%.
• Refer friends or family and once the booking is confirmed, we will give you 20% discount on your next rental to any of our vacation homes.
